To “Glow Up” means to elevate to a better version of yourself. This is a group for women who are interested in taking life by the horns and experiencing everything it has to offer. We will challenge each other, grow together, and celebrate fulfilling our dreams together. The areas we will work on are:

– Nutrition and Exercise
– Dating, Relationships & Building a Social Life
– Career Advancement & Communication Skills

Making An Entrance

Outwit, Outplay, & Outlast

Our theme this month is making an entrance like Annalise Keating in “How to Get Away with Murder.” Annalise Keating exudes boldness, confidence, intelligence, and strategic thinking. Her life is less than perfect but she still manages to outwit every obstacle that comes her way. She owns it, and walks into a courtroom like a queen walking toward her throne. 

This month we will strategize in order to outwit, outplay and outlast.The entire month we will focus on mapping out our glow up plans. We will self-reflect, create goals, and share our aha moments. Topics and sessions will be discussed at our in person meetups and in the facebook group.
